Washington law requires every exchange facilitator to prominently disclose the following to each potential client:

"Exchange facilitators are not subject to financial or oversight regulation by the state of Washington and that the Washington state exchange facilitator law generally requires exchange facilitators to provide either a fidelity bond in an amount of not less than one million dollars, or hold all client funds in a qualified escrow account or qualified trust."
